2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the rebate99 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same person, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited.
2.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly should any details change. rebate99 shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.
2.4 By creating an Account, you confirm that:
3.1 rebate99 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals, at account registration, or following any transaction that triggers an internal review threshold.
3.2 Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued identity document (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of a Touch n Go or Boost eWallet transaction, or a bank statement showing an FPX transfer).
3.3 Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until the verification matter is resolved.

4.1 Deposits. rebate99 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating FPX banks), and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change. All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the same payment channel being available for outbound payments. rebate99 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment methods, third-party bank accounts, or methods not previously used by the Member for deposit.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to verification as described in Section 3. rebate99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
4.4 No Interest. rebate99 does not pay interest on Account balances, regardless of the duration for which funds are held.
4.5 Currency. The official currency of the rebate99 platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). rebate99 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees on standard RM deposits or withdrawals.
5.1 rebate99 operates a daily cashback programme under which a percentage of a Member's net wager across sportsbook, casino, and slots products is automatically credited to their Account on the following day. Specific cashback rates are communicated on the relevant promotion pages and are subject to change with notice.
5.2 All bonuses and promotions are subject to their individual terms, including any applicable minimum turnover requirements, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates. Where a general bonus does not specify individual terms, these General Terms & Conditions apply.
5.3 rebate99 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus credits where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting designed to eliminate risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploitation of technical errors.
5.4 Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the applicable programme terms, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
6.1 All bets placed on the rebate99 platform are subject to the applicable game rules and sportsbook rules published within the respective product sections of the platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these General Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that particular product.
6.2 Bets are only valid once confirmed by the rebate99 system and a confirmation reference is issued. rebate99 accepts no liability for bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues, technical errors, or system maintenance periods.
6.3 rebate99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change at rebate99's discretion.
6.5 All sportsbook and casino game outcomes on the rebate99 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with rebate99 customer support within 72 hours of the outcome being recorded.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rebate99 platform:
7.2 rebate99 employs anti-fraud and security monitoring systems that continuously review Account activity. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended pending investigation, permanently closed, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
8.1 rebate99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including where the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, where the Account has been inactive for an extended period, where continued operation of the Account poses a legal or regulatory risk, or where the Member has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
8.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Member may not access their Balance until the investigation is concluded. Where an Account is permanently closed due to a breach of these terms, rebate99 may forfeit the Account balance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8.3 Members may close their own Account at any time by contacting rebate99 customer support. Any remaining Balance (net of pending bonuses subject to turnover requirements) will be returned to the Member via the applicable payment method following successful identity verification.
9.1 All content on the rebate99 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, data, and audiovisual material — is the property of rebate99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any platform content.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rebate99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of, or inability to use, the platform, including losses arising from connectivity failures, device malfunctions, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.
10.2 rebate99's total liability to any Member for any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 rebate99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated where practicable.
11.1 rebate99's collection, use, storage, and processing of Member personal data is governed by the rebate99 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable gaming authority requirements.
12.1 rebate99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide tools to assist Members in managing their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account Settings section of the Member dashboard.
12.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration specified by the Member. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be inaccessible and the Member may not register a new Account.
